At K&H Pet Products, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery for all unworn and unwashed pet apparel and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the product is free of pet hair and debris.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
